1.5. "Content" refers to images, text, metadata, and other materials uploaded by photographers or generated by the Platform.

2.1. By registering, uploading content, purchasing, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2.2. These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to register. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must supervise and consent.

5.3. Prohibited Use

• Buyers must not:
  • Resell purchased content without explicit permission.
  • Remove watermarks from preview images.

6.1. Prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6.2. Payment gateways ensure secure transactions. ClickedArt is not liable for third-party payment gateway issues.

6.3. Photographers and buyers are responsible for any transaction fees imposed by financial institutions.

7.1. Photographers retain ownership of their content.

7.2. ClickedArt's logo, design, and functionality are protected by intellectual property laws.

7.3. Users must not copy, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the Platform.

8.1. Users’ data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.2. Sensitive data, such as payment details, is encrypted for security purposes.

8.3. Photographers consent to display their profile and portfolio publicly on the Platform.

9.1. Buyers and photographers are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably.

9.2. In unresolved cases, ClickedArt may mediate but is not obligated to arbitrate disputes.

9.3. Legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Lucknow/Uttar Pradesh].

10.1. Users must not:

• Post false or misleading content.
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform.
• Use the Platform for illegal activities.

Users agree to indemnify ClickedArt, its affiliates, and employees against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

• Loss of earnings for photographers.
• Errors in metadata provided by photographers.
• Issues arising from misuse of purchased content by buyers.

13.1. ClickedArt reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms.

13.2. Users may terminate their accounts voluntarily by contacting support.
